If
the student's student visa application
is rejected, the school will
require a copy of the rejection
letter from the embassy or consulate
from the student's country.
The school will then refund
100% of the fees (less Registration Fee).
If a student has been issued a Letter of Acceptance from Language School of Canada, and that student was issued a visa from Immigration Canada, no refund will be given.
Similarly, if a student has been issued a Letter of Acceptance from Language School of Canada, and that student did not apply for a visa, no refund will be given.
Note:
those students booking through
an agency must make arrangements
with that agency for refunds.
